Our telephone verification ensures that your customers provide us with the same phone number that is on associated with the credit card. The whole process is automated for the storefront and requires the customer to hit one button on their phone to verify a purchase.

How Telephone Verification works:  this conformation happens after the purchase is completed and does not impede your business from processing orders, just the shpping of the products.

1. On-line business seeks on-line customer verification for orders greater than a certain dollar amount (say $2000).

2. Payment information is passed: (phone number, amount of purchase, time date, store name, RTclientID) to our supplied method or web-service.

3. RoboTalker calls the phone number associated with supplied number.

4. Customer picks up phone and is supplied with purchase amount, store name, date and time of purchase. “Enter 23 into the box on the screen to confirm a purchase in the amount of 1,082 dollars from Tiger Direct.com”

5. Customer hits 23 on phone keypad to approve purchase

6. If customer approves then payment process, the web service return “confirmed” (1) and your system can then ship the order. 

7. If customer does not hit 23, the system returns “denied” (0) then this would go via the normal business channels that might be to follow up with a human phone call.
