How prescription notification works:
Watch a video of how it works 1. Your systems uploads customer name, prescription number, store name, RTclientID to our web-service. (or supply to us in dB view)
2. RoboTalker then calls the phone number and alerts the customer with custom, personalized message.
3. Customer picks up phone and hears:“Hello Pete Lakey, your prescription number 3628 is ready for pickup at Martin Drugs in Palmdale. You may speak to a pharmacist by hitting the pound sign your touch tone phone if you have any questions. Good day”
4. Customer picks up prescription and if does not in 48 hours, then a call will be sent again. Simple, cost effective and allows you to lower your inventory cost and keep customers taking required medications without any human intervention.
