Let me demonstrate how to manage text conversations in RoboTalker. You'll see exactly how the interface works.

Here's my Messages inbox. I have several active conversations. Each row shows the contact name, last message preview, and timestamp.

I'm clicking on this conversation with John Smith. The full message thread opens. I can see our entire conversation history with timestamps.

John just asked about our service hours. Instead of typing from scratch, I'll use a quick reply. I'm clicking the 'Quick Replies' button and selecting 'Business Hours'.

The pre-written response automatically populates: 'We're open Monday-Friday 9 AM-6 PM Eastern Time. Weekend support available via email.' I can edit this before sending if needed.

Now I'll send it by clicking the send button. The message is instantly delivered, and I can see the status change to 'Delivered'.

Notice the conversation is now marked with a green checkmark, showing I've responded. This helps me track which conversations need attention.

Let me show you the filtering options. I can filter by 'Unread', 'Urgent', 'Archived', or specific date ranges. This helps when managing high volumes.

I can also assign conversations to team members. I'm clicking this conversation and selecting 'Assign to' then choosing 'Support Team'. Now they'll receive notifications about this conversation.
