Here's my RoboTalker dashboard. I'm clicking on 'Text Autoresponder' in the menu. This brings up the autoresponder configuration screen.
First, I'll enable the autoresponder by toggling this switch. Now I can set up my automatic reply message.
In the message box, I'm typing: 'Thanks for contacting RoboTalker! We've received your message and will respond within 2 hours during business hours.'
Now I'll set up keyword triggers. I'm adding a keyword: 'DEMO'. When someone texts this word, they'll receive a custom response about scheduling a demo.
The response I'm setting is: 'Thanks for your interest! Visit robotalker.com/demo to schedule a live demo at your convenience.'
I can add multiple keywords. Let me add another: 'PRICING'. The response will be: 'Our pricing starts at $99/month. Visit robotalker.com/pricing for detailed plans or text CALL ME for a phone consultation.'
Now I'm enabling business hours restrictions. I'll set it to only auto-respond during 9 AM to 6 PM Eastern Time. Outside these hours, messages queue for manual response.
Before activating, I'll send a test message to verify it works. I'm texting my RoboTalker number from my phone... and there's the instant auto-reply! Perfect.
